The protection of your privacy and your data is important to us, which is why we pay attention to the security of our internal electronic system, the system for transmitting information and documents and the selection of our business partners. At the same time, we respect the arrangements recommended by the Association of Travel Agencies, of which we are members.

What personal data do we process?
We may process your personal data for the conclusion of the Agreement, e.g. name, surname, date of birth, residential address, telephone number, e-mail address. These are the necessary identification and contact details. To ensure the most suitable stay, we can also process data related to your health condition (eg request for a diet during the trip, places on the bus, etc.). When your health data is necessary to provide appropriate services, we will process it solely with your express consent.
Our website uses cookies. These cookies are used for many purposes. Functional cookies ensure the functionality of the website, without them the website would not work properly (eg they take care of the menu, etc.). Statistical cookies collect anonymous data about website traffic and visitor behavior. Thanks to them, we can then improve our services. Marketing cookies also track website visitors in order to display advertising that is relevant to users. To block cookies, select the appropriate option in your internet browser (most often in the Settings -> Privacy tab). After this block, you will not be able to use some functions of our website.
When you send us an e-mail containing information such as name or e-mail address, we will use them only for sending the information you request. What are the purposes of personal data processing
We need your personal data so that we can send you the required information about travel services and their prices and, if necessary, conclude a Contract, for the administration of the Contract and related records, sending legal information for the use of services, etc.
Communication with the travel agency staff is monitored and archived according to the requirements of legal standards. The conclusion of the Contract is not possible without the processing of personal data. We may further process your personal data, e.g. to meet regulatory requirements, for statistical reports, etc. It is therefore the processing of personal data resulting in particular from Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code and Act 159/99 Coll. On some conditions of business in tourism. According to the GDPR, the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is subordinated to our legitimate interest.
Our legitimate interest is also the processing of your personal data to ensure IT operations and their security, as well as for prevention and investigation, especially with regard to suspected fraud in the payment or use of travel services.
How we store personal data
We store contracts with personal data on the servers of our internal system or in paper form in closed office units, and we can provide you with extracts from it upon request.
When concluding the Contract in electronic form, the Contract is concluded in individual steps determined by the technical solution of the reservation system. When entering data, the system allows you to identify and correct any errors.
What if you refuse to provide personal information
Unfortunately, if you refuse to provide personal data, we cannot enter into an Agreement or provide travel services.
For how long do we process personal data
We are entitled to keep your personal data for a period prescribed by law or for a period strictly necessary. Personal data is also stored on the basis of legal archiving obligations, especially in accordance with tax and accounting regulations, but for a maximum of 10 years. To whom we make your personal data available
We have the right to make your personal data available to a third party (accommodation provider, carrier, delegate, insurance company) exclusively for the provision of tourism services specified in the Contract. Your personal data is accessible to our employees or contract processors, especially accommodation providers, contract travel agencies, hoteliers, carriers, delegates, IT service providers. If you are interested, we will provide you with a list of contract processors, including the subject of their activities.
What are your rights?
Upon request, we are obliged to inform you about the processing of your personal data or to correct it. If you believe that we are processing your data in violation of the protection of your privacy or the legal status, we will explain this situation to you or remove the undesirable status, unless it is contrary to another legal norm. If we do not comply with your request, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
When your personal data is processed through automated decision-making and you have found that it is processing that is contrary to the protection of your private and personal life or is contrary to law, you have the right to object.
You also have the right to erasure (the right to be forgotten), the right to restrict processing and the right to data portability.
When personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you can revoke it at any time.
